Product families

We supply three complementary steel mesh families, with specifications and documentation tailored to each project.

High-tensile steel ring nets

Ring nets absorb impact energy through the deformation of interlocking rings rather than through the strength of a single wire. This makes them the reference solution for high-energy rockfall protection where deformation capacity, not rigidity, governs the design.

  • Rockfall barriers and attenuator systems
  • Slope drapery and simple drapery with pinning
  • Secured drapery over unstable rock faces
  • Debris flow and shallow landslide mitigation
  • Protection of roads, railways, tunnels portals and utilities

Illustrative steel cable net mesh

Illustrative rendering — actual mesh geometry is confirmed per project.

Steel cable nets

Our cable nets are woven from spiral steel wire rope strands, using substantial individual wires to help withstand abrasive contact with rock. Each strand is preformed into omega-like curves before being interwoven with the next. The resulting mesh combines high strength with the flexibility to follow irregular terrain and deform under loading, contributing to energy absorption.

  • High-strength slope stabilisation
  • Secured drapery on rock faces

Close-up of a double-twisted hexagonal steel wire mesh roll

Double-twisted steel mesh

Double-twisted hexagonal mesh is formed by twisting adjacent wires through a defined number of turns, producing a mesh that does not unravel when a single wire is cut. It is the established material for gabion structures, river training works and low-to-medium energy rockfall drapery.

  • Gabion retaining and facing structures
  • Reno mattresses and channel lining
  • River bank and scour protection
  • Rockfall drapery on lower-energy slopes
  • Reinforced soil and erosion control works

Specification note

Figures shown are indicative reference values for pre-design and budgeting only. Exact dimensions, wire grades, coating classes and mechanical performance are confirmed in writing, per production batch and per project, before order confirmation.

Certification note

Certification, CE marking and third-party test coverage vary by product line, production plant and destination market. We supply the applicable declarations of performance, mill certificates and test reports for the specific supply on request. No certification claim should be relied upon until it has been confirmed in writing for your project.
